Pro 30 Booklet Maker
The Plockmatic Pro 30 Booklet Maker is an inline finishing solution for the Xerox Color Presss 800/1000 and the Nuvera 100, 120 and 144 EA Production Systems.
It’s fully modular design allows the customers to choose only the modules they need based on their applications.
BM 30 Booklet Maker
The BM 30 Booklet Maker can staple and fold up to 30-sheets which with four images to a sheet creates a booklet of up to 120-pages. The system can also be used in a walk-up, offline mode provid¬ing greater flexibility.
Plockmatic´s patented fold system gives a sharp fold for professional looking documents.
The optional Cover Feeder makes it possible to add pre-printed colour covers.
RCT30 Rotate, Crease Trimmer
The RCT30 option will crease the cover of the booklet to avoid image cracking in the spine. It will also trim the white gripping edges of each sheet enabling full bleed applications to be produced right from the printer adding extra value to the finished product. The rotator function of the RCT30 allows small sheet sizes to be printed in the most effective way (long edge feed) maximizing the productivity of the solution allowing customer to take full advantage of the print engines potential. This is done without any manual processing being necessary providing the mid-range printers with the ability to deliver short run, professional booklets at speed, and to a very affordable cost.
TR 30 Trimmer
The optional Face Trimmer module trims the side opposite the spine eliminating the “shingle” effect that can occur with thicker booklets. Air jets separate trim scrap from the books. Automatic set up through the Booklet maker operator interface.
SQF 30 Square Fold
The Square Fold option gives that final professional appearance to your booklets which has become “state of the art”. The SQF 30 gives the booklets the appearance of a perfect bound book or magazine. It also gives you the possibility to print on the spine. Automatic set up through the Booklet maker operator interface.
BT 30 Bleed Trimmer
If the customer does not need the crease functionality of RCT30 module the BT30 can be offered. The bleed trimmer trims the booklet top and bottom after it is stapled and folded, providing the Pro30 Production Booklet maker system with the ability to deliver a full bleed booklet produced direct from the printer output.
Customers have the possibility to produce full bleed applications with their Pro30 booklet maker system either by adding the RCT30 or the BT30 to the configuration.
