Plockmatic 300 / 300S System

The Plockmatic 300 System is the top of the line within the Light Production segment. The ACF/CF Airfeeder with Plockmatic BM 2000 or BM 2000S Binder, FTR 2000 Trimmer, SQF 2000 Squarefolder and BST 4000-1 Beltstacker. A fully automated and cost effective booklet making system with air separation for colour & coated stock from digital print sources.

Plockmatic C/AC/CF/ACF 510 Feeder Collator Hybrid

The 510 collator/feeder hybrid is available in four different configurations – the C 510, the AC 510, the CF 510 and the ACF 510. The C model is limited to collation work. AC includes air separation for coated or normally difficult to handle stocks. F stands for feeder ability which means it is suited for the digital print market. All 510 models can be used in the System 300.

Plockmatic BM 2000 Binder

A booklet maker for the production segment that handles a wide variety of formats and substrates and with a capacity to produce 100 page booklets at a rate of up to 3000 per hour regardless of format. Special attention has been given to handle digital colour prints and to avoid smearing and scratching. Adjustable staple position allows operator to “hide” staples behind the spine. Patented two step fold roller system gives a sharp fold without marking.

Plockmatic BM 2000S Binder

The BM 2000S is designed to meet the higher requirements in a production environment with the added robustness and economy for larger volumes associated with wire stitcher technology. The BM 2000S comes with multiple choices of stitcher heads. Loop staple is also available as an option. (Squarefold feature could not be a applied to loop staple booklet). Handling digital colour prints and to avoid smearing and scratching, adjustable staple position, the patented two step fold roller system gives a sharp fold without marking.

Plockmatic FTR 2000 Trimmer

Front edge trimming is a must for booklets with more than 3-4 sheets. The FTR 2000 is despite its small foot print equipped with a large trim scrap bin and air jets make sure trim scrap is separated from the books. Automatic set up through the BM 2000 operator interface.

Plockmatic SQF 2000 Squarefolder

Adding the squarefolder gives you the same professional flat finish as a perfect bound book but at a fraction of the cost. Enhance the appearance with text printed on the spine and get that magazine look. Up to 100 page booklets can be processed. Faster, less expensive and without the negatives of glue binding such as a long warm up time, odours, foot print etc. Automatic set up through the BM 2000 operator interface.

Plockmatic BST 4000-1 Beltstacker

A high capacity conveyor stacker capable of stacking a large amount of finished booklets. Easy to unload thanks to the angled end tray and the even and straight stack it forms. Adjustable conveyor speed and overlap to match your jobs. Can be positioned inline, left or right angled.
